Dennis "The Kidd"s Recap of LsCon 2019
Heya everyone! Here is a little recap from me, Kidd (one of the organisers) on what was at the 5th iteration of Lusaka Comic Con which was held at NASDEC this year. The decision to switch to a bigger venue turned out to be an enlightened one as this year had the highest number of attendees and fun stuff to do.
The artist alley and vending areas were packed with new artists and convention veterans alike. This year con attendees could get everything from stickers, posters, necklaces and even garters. The quality of artwork has vastly improved over the years and it was nice seeing the evolution of the various artists journeys in their craft.
Special thanks to @Zambian NerdSpace and @The Zambian Stalion for kindly allowing us to use the images in this post! Please visit their Twitter pages and show them some love!
